Born in Hawaii, Skya drives the standards of FBT with the goal of a 100% earth-impact company with aloha style management. He has worked in apparel since 1989 and wants to see the industry become less toxic. As one of three kids raised by a single mother, he lived with food insecurity, often not knowing when or where his next meal would come from. Skya is committed to clean manufacturing, idea-meritocracy. and transparent operations. Skya helps guide our unwavering determination to keep Fed By Threads an intimate company that operates like a family business. Manish is the CEO of the Maya Tea Company, coordinator of the Tucson Farmers’ Markets, and host of the weekly podcast about tea drinking - Steeping Around. Manish sits on the editorial board of Fresh Cup Magazine and has published several articles about the tea industry within their issues. He frequently teaches at tradeshows and seminars about tea topics from marketing to health benefits. Over his sixteen years in the consumer industry, Manish has become both an expert in the field and a leading figure in culinary education. He carries a mindful way of doing business through all that he does.

Beth works with our social media and Business Development Teams to create a vision of FBT. She has been living a magical life cultivating organic urban gardens for neighborhoods and for her family while raising her egg laying super chickens in the northwest. You can find Beth writing our blog "From Behind the Pinecone curtain" and creating FBT's animations. She is a mom, athlete, humanitarian and cancer champion that takes time to read labels and know what we put in, on and near our bodies.
